So, I visited Chicago for the first time last year or the year before that (I really don't remember). I had a great time overall. I met some really cool bloggers (that may now be non-blogging or anonymously blogging citizens) and I did some site seeing. The site seeing was nothing really major. As a matter of fact, I really only saw the strip that I went shopping on and the sites that we passed as K drove us around (I am still so appreciative of you). Anyway, at the end of June, I'm going back. Unfortunately, I won't be there for the fourth of July, but I will be leaving there on the 3rd.
I'm really looking forward to that. This time, I'm rolling dolo. I haven't invited anyone to come with me and I haven't even really advertised that I'm going. At least, I haven't until now. I look forward to some time away from my life as it is right now.
I can't say that there's much else that I really want to talk about. School ends on the 8th of June. I'm looking forward to that. There's some heavy lifting in my future. My sister and I have been painting the condo. It looks a mess (well, not all of it, but a portion of the kitchen/dining area). I have an immense urge to write but a minute urge to speak. I'm not really in the mood for conversation. It's not a place I thought I'd ever be. There's more....
They place looks hot now. All that hard work paid off. You should be spending time here instead of running of to Chi town.
